Founded in 2011 in Jakarta, AETS Indo Pacific is a consulting and execution partner for complex, multi-stakeholder work across Indonesia, ASEAN, and wider Asia.

We support organizations end-to-end—from strategy and risk advisory through market entry and expansion, embedded fractional leadership (COO/CFO/Transformation), PMO-led program delivery, and on-demand technical experts (technical, economic, financial, legal/regulatory).

Our track record includes supporting long-running international programs—TSP II (2011–2015), ARISE (2013–2017), and ARISE Plus (2017–2022)—with €39,456,035 in combined program budgets and 25,790.5 expert working days delivered. We also execute targeted mandates totaling USD 1,175,763.75 in listed engagement value, including assignments with the Asian Development Bank and PLN.
