• Expert Talent Acquisition: Leads the strategic search and vetting of industry-leading specialists, ensuring the firm maintains a premier roster of technical talent for every assignment.

• Resource Management: Oversees the day-to-day administrative and financial vitality of the company, ensuring optimal allocation of capital and personnel across all active projects.

• Executive Oversight: Directs the company’s internal workflows, contract negotiations, and financial compliance, backed by an MBA in Finance from the University of Central Oklahoma.

Hisworo Ramdani is a senior agro-industrial leader with over 20 years of experience who serves as the bridge between strategic planning and field execution. In his directorial capacity, he manages the technical performance of allocated experts to ensure the highest standards of analytical rigor and policy impact.

• Project-Level Management of Experts: Directly manages and synchronizes the efforts of technical specialists once they are assigned to a project, ensuring cohesive delivery of complex outputs.

• Technical Quality Control: Oversees the design of research methodologies, survey instruments, and FGD moderation, providing senior-level mentorship to project teams.

• Strategic Roadmapping: Translates analytical findings from his expert teams into actionable policy and investment strategies for key ministries, including Bappenas and the Ministry of Investment/BKPM.
