Ms. Sudargo leads AETS Indo Pacific's mission of connecting Canadian innovation with commercial opportunities in Indonesia. She brings extensive experience in international development, strategic partnerships, trade facilitation and market commercialization, helping organizations translate opportunities into practical and sustainable business outcomes.
Under her leadership, AETS has developed a commercialization-focused approach that helps Canadian companies evaluate market opportunities, reduce market-entry risk and build practical pathways to long-term growth in Indonesia. By working closely with government agencies, universities, research institutions and industry partners, AETS helps bridge the gap between innovation and successful market adoption.
Ms. Sudargo previously led the implementation of major regional economic cooperation programmes across ASEAN, including internationally funded initiatives that strengthened trade, investment and private sector development. Throughout her career, she has worked with governments, international institutions, industry associations and the private sector to foster cross-border collaboration and sustainable economic growth.
Today, Ms. Sudargo continues to position AETS Indo Pacific as a trusted Canada–Indonesia commercialization partner, helping innovative companies navigate opportunities, build strategic partnerships and transform market potential into commercial success.
